Looking for classes Mommy and Me type of thing in suffolk?
Anyone know of anything for infants mommy and me type of classes. I would love to meet other new moms with newborns. Thanks

DS is almost 1 1/2 but when he was 4 months old we started Music Together.

Where are you located. I take Mommy and me classes at CFA in Smithtown. THey have a new mothers group that was great. Not sure how old your DD is. By the way, I love the name Riley.

DD and I did the Original Mommy and Me in Lake Grove (they also have locations in Rocky Point and Holtsville). We both loved it and met other Moms and kids there. DD is doing the separation class there over the summer before she starts preschool in the fall.

Hi! I am off for the summer and just spent a week going to trials...lol!! It was so fun....my DS had a blast.
We tried....
Little Gym in Sayville: more like gymnastics and a little singing
Mommy & Me in Lake Grove: play with toys and sing
Music Together at Stage Door in Parchogue: sang songs, played with instruments
Gymboree in Oakdale: singing, playing with Gymbo (the clown...lol), and gymnastics
Our of these, I joined Gymoboree and will probably join Mommy & Me....they were really cute, nice moms, DS's around the same age, and offered a lot for the $....let me know if you have any questions!!!

Little Sunshine in Sayville
Gymboree
The Little Gym
My Gym
The Original Mommy & Me in Rocky Point, Lake Grove and Holtsville
Music Together does a mommy and me music class
Safe T Swim does mommy and me swimming, and if your child is under a certain age, lessons are free (I forget the age off hand).
Check your library, they probably offer something.
