Looking for Recommendations for Rehab for Post-Stroke Patients?
I was just wondering if anyone has had a family member have to get rehab post-stroke for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Are there any places you can recommend in Long Island or even Queens? Thank you

St. Charles in Port Jeff. It's an inpatient facility, but they also have several outpatient facilities all around Suffolk.

my mom had all the services come to the house as soon as she was released from the hospital

If they are ready for outpatient, I can't recommend the place I work enough.
I will FM you and it's a part of LIJ/North Shore.

St Johnland in Kings Park. They have a wonderful brain injury unit.
