the gap has them too.. I happen to love their skinny pants.. they fit me great! H&M too but I haven't seen them in the stores

gap and express never fit me. I actually found a pair that is a legging at Zara but they're really thick dressy material with pintucking down the leg so you'd NEVER know unless you saw the waist band.
