Looking for some reassurance
Hi, sorry to invade your board, but I am just trying to reassure myself here! I just had (what I think was) a chemical pg on our first month of TTC, and trying to make myself feel better about it. Just looking for anyone that had one, but then went on to have a healthy successful pregnancy.
I know it seems to be fairly common to have one, but I am just scared that I am going to now spend every month wondering if we are going to have one, wondering if there is something wrong with me, my eggs, my uterine lining etc. I just started miscarrying yesterday, and by 10am this morning, I have already ready sooo much on the web trying to gather as much info as possible. I don't want to spend the next month obsessing!!!
Anyway, if anyone has had a chemical and then went on to have a succesful pg, I would love to hear that right now!!
Again - sorry for invading this board...and thanks!!

Re: Looking for some reassurance
I personally haven't had one.
I know many, many, many people that have had chemical pregnancies & went on to have children.

I did not.
But there are a few here that got PG almost right away if not the next month.
Good luck!!!

Re: Looking for some reassurance
Hey. I'm sorry you're going through this but it's your body's way (or god's way) of telling you that something wasn't quite right.
I had a chem pg in Nov & then got pg 6 weeks later. I was worried & still am but I'm 14 weeks now & everything seems perfect.
My only advice is to try & not research too much on the internet. When I read all the stories of other women who miscarried later on in their pg or worse, suffered stillbirth, it actually made me feel worse & worry more.
Anyway, my point is to focus on the future & everything will happen when it's supposed to.
