Looking for suggestions for a great train table
That's either a bargain or that can be used for other activities so as to increase it's value and therefore justify the expense to DH I saw these really cool mats at PB kids that you can insert and the table becomes a train table or remove and insert a princess and castle mat or remove and insert a game/puzzle mat. Really cool idea.
Please recommend your table and where you got it. Thanks!

Re: Looking for suggestions for a great train table
My mom just bought Ds one for his bday. It's smaller than a Thomas Table, but it does more than just trains. The train side is just plain green and you can use chalk on it. The pieces are snap together wood pieces, so not as exciting as a Thomas set, but I can also put all of his pirate toys on the table part. On the other side of the table there is a painted on Chutes and Ladders game and checkers. It also comes with 2 Leggo mats and some Leggo pieces. It was only $50 in the Christmas Tree Shop. I don't know if there are any of those on LI though.
