Looking for yoga studios
I want to find a yoga studio that offers many beginner classes and isn't super expensive.
Lookinf for western suffolk to mid suffolk, like babylon to holbrook.
TIA

Re: Looking for yoga studios
I go to a gym in Babylon - they have four yoga classes per week and if it fits your schedule, it works out great (and much cheaper than a yoga studio). There are three different instructors and their styles are all a little different. There are people in the classes who have never done yoga before and those who have been practicing for ten years. We have a lot of fun in class. So, maybe check out a gym yoga class - get a week pass (or whatever the trial period is) and it's usually free - see what you think. If you try a yoga studio (there's one in Babylon on Main St) I think individual classes are about $15 if you want to try. One of my instructors also teaches at a place in Bay Shore and she said it's beginner/basic (I can get that info if you like).
