My job is looking to hire a parent or caregiver whom has a child with emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. The position is for a Parent Advocate in Nassau County. Bi-Lingual is necessary for this position. If you know someone please pass this along and urge them to apply!!

Qualifications/Requirements
Note: This requirement "MUST BE MET". Must be, or have been, the parent or primary caregiver of a child (age 6-21) with emotional, behavioral and/or social challenges
Must speak English/Spanish or English/Creole
College Degree preferred, plus 2 years experience working with families, or equivalent
Knowledge of and experience with the children's mental health system and other child serving systems
