Looks Like I Will Be A Mommy This Week--3 Weeks Early
I have too much amniotic fluid! It was up from a 27 on Tuesday to a 31 today. I am so nervous as to why but they don't seem OVERLY concerned at this moment because I saw the nurse practioner today and I am going in on Monday to see my Dr ( I guess if they thought the baby or I were in immediate danger they'd have me go to the hospital now) and schedule an induction for this week! I will be 37 weeks Tuesday so at least my baby girl will be considered full term.
I wonder why the sudden jump in amniotic fluid? At 34 weeks it was fine!
An induction also scares me. The baby is not 6lbs 5oz.
Its all SO SURREAL!

you are going to be just fine - they wouldn't induce you if it was dangerous to do so!! they have just realized that the baby will be safer out "here" than in "there"

I was induced at 37 weeks for low fluid (it was at a 4). My induction went great though and I'm sure yours will too. I thought that since my body was nowhere near beginning to get ready to deliver that my labor & delivery would be terrible but it was far from that. You will do great!!!
