looks like we lost the house...
things are falling apart because of a CO issue..... i thought this one was it...

Oh, I'm so sorry.
CO issues are a hassle to deal with, but you will probably find a house you like just as much if not more.

We almost lost our house b/c of a CO issue, but it turned out to be nonexistent. The owners claimed to have no CO's for the pool and deck, but they actually had the Co's, just not the physical papers. Maybe yours is a similar situation.. Good luck!
