Which would you say is the best drugstore loose powder with good coverage and a smooth finish?

I use Almay...it's pressed powder, but I put it on with a big blush brush, so it ends up being more loose than pressed...I love it. Doesn't bother my skin/cause breakouts, etc. and offers good coverage.
