Re: Loose skin around belly...
It gets alot better...but I haven't been working on my abs enough to tell if you they go back 100%. I think it also depends how much you stretched.
Btw...I may have been on vacation and missed it but I haven't seen recent pics of your beautiful little boy lately!! (hint hint)

(hint hint) I think you and I are about the same color complexion... my tum area was real dark after birth, and has been fading (I assume stretching back to normal), but still needs more to go. But hey, if it definitely gets better, and you haven't done much (like me.. lol), then I'll be happy!
I haven't posted any pics... but I have a bunch in my album . The last one is the most recent.

Re: Loose skin around belly...
18 months later and my skin is still REALLY loose I spoke to my doctor about it because I have been working out and doing ALOT of abs but no change and it is really frustrating. He told me that all my muscle and nerves are gone and that I could do 1000 sit up a day and it wont change anything, I also have no feeling what so ever. I can thank genetics for myself because my grandmother, sister and mother all have the same thing, my DH promised that when we are done having children I can get a tummy tuck.

Oh yeah that happened to me too. My tummy was like ten shades darker than the rest of me after giving birth - so weird! But that's all back to normal and my tummy is whiter than the rest of me as it should be since it never sees the sun

Re: Loose skin around belly...
I still have a lot of loose skin around my belly and it still hurts to touch it - my nerves are damaged and/or growing back from the c-section. I'm completely grossed out by it but I'm dealing because I want more babies. I REALLY hate it when I run and can feel it moving - GROSS!! Today I was running across 42nd Street and I SWEAR everyone within eye shot could see my belly having a life of it's own!
I still have 20lbs to lose and I'm only 11wks PP so I know it will get better but I don't think it will go back to the way it was before I was PG.
