Losing 5lbs in 1 week?

Do you think it's possible, without being unhealthy?

Yeah see it's really all I have left to lose and it's just so hard and I know I haven't dedicated enough time to doing it!

I agree. One of my first weeks on WW I lost that much and I didn't feel hungry. It slowed down afterwards.

With Diet & Exercise YES.

Like OP said ~ better chance if you

have 20+ lbs to drop compaired to

your last 10 lbs to loose....

Good luck!

Re: Losing 5lbs in 1 week?

I lost 5 lbs last week at my weigh in at WW, but the week prior i was eating like crap and had AF so honestly i think its just normal fluctuations. This week I've been following my points and doing what I'm supposed to and I'll be lucky not to GAIN weight! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I think in the beginning it's easier to lose a larger number in a week.

For me week 1 8.2
week 2 1.4
This week 4.8

I am getting in all my nutrients and am getting more active. Good luck!Chat Icon

I know it will slow down and I am aiming at 1-2 pounds a week.

Re: Losing 5lbs in 1 week?

the closer you are to your goal, the harder it is.

you would really have to dedicate yourself to doing things you don't normally do... a lot more exercise with high intensity to wake your body up.

this is from what i have read and had head from trainers... i haven't been that close to my goal weight in 15 years
