I am currently E.B.Feeding and need to lose about 6lbs- trying to be realistic, would like to lose more but I dont want my milk to dry up....
sooooooooo how can I safely lose these 6lbs in about 5 weeks..

Any ideas??

I try to watch what I eat - I dont drink at the moment because of B.Feeding and I try to walk for either 30-45 mins per day - depends on DD's mood and the weather.

Is it possilbe?
