Lost another pound!
So far since I starter personal training and running I'm down 11 lbs. 
I'd like it to be more since I've been doing this since Feb, but my trainer keeps telling me that my weight won't go down that fast because I'm replacing it with muscle and need to take that weight into account....
so hey... 11lbs is 11lbs! I'll take it
