Lost the Baby weight...
...so I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight--Yay! BUT, I feel so flabby--especially in the tummy area. I can fit into a size 4--Yay again--but they are low-rise--major muffin top.
I know I need to exercise to tone up, but when I get home from work, my sister, who takes care of DD, immediately hands her off to me and runs off to school. DH works pretty late hours, so that only leaves the weekends--2 days is not going to cut it...
I have no time!
Any suggestions for fast workouts that I can squeeze into my nightly routines?

do you have a jogging stroller - even a brisk walk in a regular stroller will be great. they love it too!

What about a little night time routine or am routine of push-ups, sit ups and a few seconds of the plank position? Honestly, just a few minutes here and there? Do you have stairs? Maybe do 5 minutes of stepping, adding lunges?

I recently bought the 30 Day Shred DVD, its with the trainer from The Biggest Loser. The workouts are only 20 minutes long, but intense. You can get it at Wal Mart, Target, pretty much anywhere they sell DVD's.
ETA: congrats on losing the baby weight!

I was just going to suggest this. It's quick and she will whip your butt into shape!

Re: Lost the Baby weight...
First, congratulations!!!! I just got back to my original weight not that long ago also, so I know how hard this is to do. But yeah, my body has changed.
I'm a SAHM, so I probably can squeeze in a little more than you can, though DH works late and leaves early, so mornings and evenings are tough. We got Wii Fit recently, though I'm kind of mixed on it. The good thing about it is you can do a long or short workout. I've heard good things about the 30 day Shred, but never did it. If you have Cablevision, there are also lots of on demand workouts, and some are short.
I would say try to squeeze in short workouts where you can, even 10 or 15 minutes a day will make a difference. That's what I've been doing, along with a couple longer workouts each week, and I swear my stomach is finally not so pouchy. No rippling abs of steel, but it's not a muffin top.

Does your gym have a daycare? Jogging stroller is good Or can you walk during lunch, if so walk 30-45 minutes 3 times a week during lunch TIVO fitTV workouts

Re: Lost the Baby weight...
First off...CONGRATS!
Second, I am inherently lazy and feel like collapsing at the end of the day so I try to squeeze in something on nights I don't have time/energy to do anything else. I keep a yoga ball and some hand weights in my room. While I watch TV I do some sit-ups on the ball and some light arm workouts. It's not going to win me any fitness contests but it's something I can do instead of lying in bed and watching TV.
