Sorry I have no info - but this thread brought back so many memories! I haven't thought about Love My Shoes in ages. I used to be a regular at the Huntington Station one before it closed

I feel like they closed down about 2 years ago and went entirely online
I still get random emails from them, but i have to try shoes on in person so always ignore them.
