I just got dressed to go out and I FEEL more fit, I feel like I look more slender I dont know if I lost lbs bc my DH broke my scale and honestly I DONT CARE bc I feel good in my clothes after a cple weeks It makes it worth it kwim?I had been feelings so self conscious about my weight and I feel a little better
