Loved all the Jodi Picoult books BUT
I cannot get into Second Glance. There were like 100 characters introduced in the first 15 pages... I cant keep the story straight.

I had a difficult time getting into this one also but it was definitely worth the read. I know there are many characters but once you get into it you'll know exactly who is who. It digs into the past which is very interesting but also a little boring. It really digs up some very interesting medical, sociological, and ethical issus.
I started reading it and got about 30 pages into when I put it down. I had to start over from the beginning. Give it another try!

Of all her books I thought that one was the worst. I couldn't get into it and struggled to finish it. I ususally love her books and can't put them down! I am counting the days until 19 Minutes is released......

Not worth trying, IMO. It was a bland book.

I have been reading this book in snip-its and think I am finally getting into it after like 3 months of picking it up and putting it back down . . .
I want to get through it so I can move onto 19 minutes, which I can't wait to read.
I still have The Tenth Circle, Plain Truth and Vanishing Acts on deck waiting to be read, but I am going to bypass them for 19 Minutes and will read one of them after . . .
