- one cup of peanut butter (i used cream skippy)
- 1/3 cup of splenda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- mix and roll into 'truffle' size balls
- dip fork in extra splenda and push down with 'criss cross' pattern and bake at 350 for 13 -15 ms
