Earth - the Soak and Soap model (1.5 gal/min with a valve to switch to 1 gal/min). We bought it online.
It's not the prettiest shower head out there.... Kohler makes some much nicer looking ones.

Do you notice a huge difference between 1.5 gpm and a normal shower? How about 1gpm?

I noticed a difference when we first moved to 1.5 but I'm totally used to it now. In fact, anything more is just too strong.
1 gpm is fine when you're just standing around in the shower but is a little too low for rinsing (it takes longer so it defeats the purpose).
The Earth shower head is non-aerating -- apparently the aerating ones are better if you prefer a stronger spray.
