low iron???
I went to the Dr. tonight (I'm 29 weeks - starting my every two weeks dr. appointment) Anyway, my iron count was low. I need to take extra iron - I'm worried about becoming constipated Did anyone else need to take extra iron?

Re: low iron???
I did and I also took Fiber Choice pills to help with the constipation. Those pills are chewable and are fruit flavored and were a life saver!!!!

Re: low iron???
I have been taking iron for about 2 weeks now and the pills my doctor recommended actually had the opposite effect on me. No contistpation here!
The name is Ferro-sequels and I got them at CVS.

Re: low iron???
Thanks!!! Is anyone more tired because of the low iron? I don't think I am - If I got tired I thought it was just due to the pregnancy not because I'm anemic

Re: low iron???
I am definitely more tired. The iron pills are helping with that though.
