low sodium foods?
can someone please list some low sodium things to eat besides fruit? thanks

vegetables chicken / turkey some cereals (have to check nutritional info) yogurt oatmeal
you can also get low sodium cheeses and salad dressings....

i hope tuna salad is not high in sodium because i just had tuna salad with lite mayo on a whole wheat wrap for lunch

Def check the deli counter. I know boars head has a whole line of low sodium products and I have seen low sodium cheeses behind the counter-not sure of the brand though.
I don't think egg yolks are high in sodium.

ooooh, I think it might be, but check a can if you have one in the house.
I have to watch my salt too, BP was a little high last week.
Boars Head has a bunch of LS meats, but I still try to limit as the salt is still high.
Eat anything that is not canned or processed and you should be good. It doesn't have to be a "sweet" food, just more natural, like fresh meats and poultry, veggies, and limit your seasonings to no-salt ones.
I know it's hard, I am a salt addict!!!
