low temps questions
I've been charting for 2 months, but b/c of stress (moving, new job, travelling) I haven't been able to tell if I've been ovulating.
Basically my temps stay low all the time -- the highest temp I've ever gotten is 97.9 (my lows are 97.0-97.5). So I think I may be seeing a surge, but I'm not sure.
Does anyone else have such low temps (btw I'm one of those people who is ALWAYS cold -- does that have anything to do with it???)
TIA

Re: low temps questions
You shoudl have your thyroid checked. Low temps and always being cold could be a sign of underactive thyroid according to the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Mine are always low and i was tested and don't have a problem. However my progesterone is low(progesterone is known as the "hot" hormone. A surge can be as low as a .4 rise. That is the most I usually got when charting

Re: low temps questions
I always have low temps...mine are about the same as yours--sometimes they even fall into the 96's. This month, when I got pregnant, my highs were really high (for me)--like 98.2...good luck!!!
