lower backache before BFP?
i usually get lower back pains when i get AF, but i have had a lower backache for two days now and am only spotting. could this be implantation bleeding or is this more likely the start of AF?

Yes, I had a very bad backache. I also was in bed sleeping for 5 days straight. Right before I found out I was pregnant, I was tested for mono.

Only symtpoms I experienced was super sore boobs and weird cramps (different from AF).
But everyone is different and I have heard of people having back pain before finding out they were pg.

i don't recall getting a lower backache before BFP. Try not to overanalyze every symptom--you'll just drive yourself crazy!

I am in the same boat....spotting, lower back pain....I think I am out this month...don't want to get my hopes up....

No, I didn't have any backaches as far as I can remember but everyone is different so it's definitely possible.
