"Lower" Carb Recipes

After eating like a little pig over the holidays I need to start losing my gut that has developed over the last couple of weeks! I know that cutting out carbs will not work for me...I've tried it before. I have down well with cutting down on them and wanted to see if anybody has some "lower" carb recipes they'd like to share.
