Lowest calorie alcoholic beverage?
Anyone know??
Besides "Bacardi and Diet Coke.. zero carbs, zero sugar.. who wants to party.." I HATE those commercials! And I don't particularly love rum either...

Well I know my mom will drink vodka and light cranberry juice, but I'm not sure of the calorie count on that.

I drink flavored vodka (Stoli Orange is my favorite) with club soda. It's pretty low calorie compared to other drinks.

lite beer
white wine spritzer
Stay away from sodas, juices, rum, flavored vodkas. Theyre all loaded w/ sugar

Sad but true. I thought tonic had no calories and wondered why I put on 2 lbs after a weekend of drinking LOTS of V&Ts. That's when I looked at the tonic bottle and saw all the sugar. Oops

I thought so too- but Beck's Light is the lowest- in terms of calories anyway.
On Weight Watchers, a Bottle of Michelob Ultra is 2 points and a bottle of Beck's light is only 1 point.

Thanks ladies for all this info.
I never realized tonic has lots of sugar, and vodka tonic is my drink of choice!
Wine spritzers are yummy, so I am glad they arent too bad.

I agree. It's pretty good. It's kind of "watery," but very smooth and easy to drink. Mich Ultra is actually pretty easy to drink too. Mich Ultra, Becks Light, and Amstel Light are my favorite beers that are at or under 100 calories a pop.

I had 3 last night and had a major headache this morning, I can usually drink about 6-8 coors lights (on special occasions of course, this is not a daily occurance) and I am totally fine, Becks is usually a heavy beer, but I agree, it was too light (then again, I LOVE Guiness, so am may not be a good judge)
