Lucky Brand Jeans outlet in Riverhead
is it just me, or does the quality seem way off from the jeans they sell at the store in the mall? 
I have tried on jeans at both stores and the material seems very different to me, and the fit is also off.

I think they go up to size 32. at the outlet store they're $59 or $69 and it's buy one get one 1/2 off.
eta: the price at the outlets is another reason why I don't think it's the same quality. you can basically get 2 pairs of jeans for the price of 1 pair at the mall. outlet stores don't typically offer that big of a discount unless it's a clearance sale

I don't know about the lucky outlet in particular but a lot of outlets have clothing that is made just for the outlets. Your gut is probably right
