Lump in chest?

I know its normal for girls (and maybe boys) to have lumps where there boobs would be.

However, today I noticed one of Jiavana's nipples are slightly red, it almost looks bruised. And the bump is a lot larger and very hard.

Is this normal? Should I call the doctor? We have her 6mth appointment on Wed.

MY friends little boy had an abcess in his nipple and it was icky! No health problems, but he needed antibiotics to get rid of it.

I would go to your ped if you thought it couldn't wait.
