The Disney board I go on always has them posted.
I went this morning and got 4 mega packs and spent $1 for each!
I used 2 buy one get one free coupons
4 of the $3.00 off target coupons
4 of the $1.00 off manf. coupons
They were all out of size 2's, so I bought 3's and a pack of 1's.

Yup. The manufactur coupons without a doubt are to be accepted on free items since the store gets reimbursed. The Target coupons, I was quite surprised she took them all, but I read about others using them all so figured I would give it a shot.
Still a good deal with using ONLY the buy one get one free though. $4.98 for a mega pack is great.
