LV Bags and Repair/Return Policy?
I have a LV bag with the piping coming out on the bottom. I bought it from Macy's in RF Mall.
Does anyone know what the return/repair policy is like? I bought the bag about 3 years ago, and I really would like to get it repaired. I know I'm in the system somewhere as proof that I purchased the bag there, but I don't have a receipt.
Do you guys think they'll repair the bag for me? Free?

Good question. I'd like to know this too. Also about having the handles replaced. I've heard they do that too.

I have the Mini pleaty and the clasp popped off. I bought it about 3+ years ago I brought it to LV in Roosevelt field for repair they charged me around $70 because it was discontinued  I paid ALOT for that bag I don't think I should've been charged I couldve bought another bag for that price! Bought I did it and got it back within 2 months

take it to LV in the city (57th Street).. they will take a look at it and let you know what it costs.. usually they send it out to repair (some at a cost, some no).. if they cannot repair it, they will replace it..
