I don't know who she is because I never watched TM3. I am not sure why they feel the need to replace Jenelle even if she gets fired because they added Briana already. I didn't hear that Jenelle got fired but that she's threating to quit the show because her husband got fired. That would be the stupidest thing she could do because MTV is pretty much her main source of income.
