Macy's return question?
If you used your Macy's card for a purchase, can they look it up with your credit card like they can do at Target? Or do you need your receipt?
Also, anyone know how long you can return for after the purchase? I'd look on my receipt but as I mentioned above, I can't find it

I really think they can look it up...I don't know why but I have a feeling. There have been times I didn't have my Macys card on me and I still used it - they looked me up using my driver's license.

I think Macy's takes returns for up to 90 days.
I'm not sure if they can look up your purchases with your Macy's card.

Yes, Macy's can look up a purchase with your Macy's card. They can go back 6 months.
