Made an appt with the allergist for tomorrow...I think I am losing my mind

I should be grateful that I have not had much m/s. Instead, my allergies and asthma have been horible for the last 9 weeks.

I cannot sleep at night because of being so stuffy and runny.

I really hope that she can help me!

Anyone else have this problem?

Congestion is not an uncommon symptom of pregnancy. It's even more common at this time of the year given the dry heat in most homes and offices.

Just make sure whatever meds she gives you are cleared with your OB. Some allergy meds are ok and some aren't.
