Major Anxiety-

Went shopping til 12am last night- while I was there- started geting that on edge feeling- worrying about getting everything done....

This continued- all night- I couldnt sleep- and now I woke up this morning- totally feeling Im on the verge of an anxiety attack.... I just cant shake it-

I have to be @ work in 45 min (yay last day ) and I cant function...not showered, dressed, nothing!

I just had a total melt down crying on the phone to my mom....

I just dont get it- I pretty much done shopping- Im not hosting anytihng... why do I feel this way??? Im about to jump out of my skin...

I feel like I could be fighting off a stomach bug- maybe thats what it is?


Ehhh--- whatever it is- I dont like it! I havent had an anxiety attack since I was in HS.....

The holidays do this to anyone else? Why the heck do I feel like this?

the holidays can be so overwhelming. Just being shopping at midnight would make me anxious. BY any chance did you have coffee late last night?

Take a deep breathe and remind yourself that you are almost done and that soon you are going to be able to sit back and enjoy all your efforts.

the holidays in general have this overwhelming feeling to them and put people on edge and feel a little more fast forward they they normally would.....

Once you get moving today and at work etc, its gonna pass , I promise
