Makeup Rave!
Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara
I have very thin, short, almost non-existant bottom lashes. I'm not a big mascara wearer and when I do, I never put it on my bottom lashes because it always smudges. I was at my bi-yearly visit to the Clinique counter last week for bonus time and saw this on the counter. It works so well! I finally have bottom lashes visible to the naked eye! And it doesn't smudge!!!

now THIS is interesting.
I have the same issue - and I always end up screwing it up and then having to use a Q-Tip to kind of smudge it to fix it.
I may have to try this!
