Making cucumber salad
If I make a cucumber salad today would that be ok for Sunday? We are headed upstate for DH's grandmothers 80th birthday and I wanted to get as much done as possible today.

I think you'll be fine.. just don't add too much of anything so it doesn't get too soggy.
