making my first pork roast....

it's currently sitting in the crock pot, I'm a little nervous about it....

I used:

pork loin
i put frozen chopped onions and carrots on the bottom along with garlic

then I made my own seasoning: cloves,dry mustard,peppercorns,garlic,onion.....rubbed onto pork.

then I placed pork over veggies

then poured....1 cup of red wine, 1 cup of marsala wine and 2 tbsp of dijon mustard.


i'm terrified of it being nasty LOL and my poor parents are eating over. I'm praying it's ok.

It's from a sandra lee semi-homemade cookbook (which mind you is EXCELLENT!!) however I couldn't find knorrs peppercorn seasoning mix, so I made a version of what I THOUGHT it could be


ETA--- They loved it!!! (next time, I would put less clove)
