Making sausage & peppers for a party and need a little help!
My friend is making sausage & Peppers for a party, a full tray. Problem is, we don't know how much sausage and how much peppers to buy. How much do you think for a full tray. There will be approximately 55 adults. TIA!

when i make a half tray i buy 2 regular size packages of sausage and about 3-4 peppers and 1 large onion. so i'd say double it

Sounds about right, though I usually out about 2x as much onion as that
