I got some at Stop & Shop that had bacon and cheddar mixed in, they were really good.

Depends on the type of burger I am making. For the plain, basic burgers: I use worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning.

BBQ sauce and minced onion make an easy and tasty burger.
If I'm spending more time, I do minced onion and garlic, worcestershire, hot sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, and steak seasoning.

I marinate for 24 hours in:
Peter Luger Steak Sauce Ketchup Worchester Sauce BBQ Sauce Garlic (fresh) Chopped onion
and my secret trick of all time is to add....
a little brown sugar and a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
Everyone raves that I make the best burgers.

I use beef mince with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and thai chili sauce (for sweetness).
I invested a few bucks in this...its a hamburger shaper. Now, I know, its not difficult to shape burgers, but this really really really helps to keep the burgers together on the bbq and fit in the bun beautifully.

This sounds yummy. Do you measure or just throw equal bits of everything in there?

I'm a lazy measurer. I just do equal parts of the sauces, and maybe a clove or two of garlic, and use a whole onion. I use maybe 2 table spoons of brown sugar and a dash of nutmeg/cin.
