Male co-workers are joining the "stupid" comment club
Man: "you're still here?"
Moi:  "thinking": Gosh... obviously.. can't you see me?
but say.. yes, I am still here.
Man: "Oh you don't want to give birth here, right? I mean, we don't want you to have to baby here". He was VERY serious.
Moi: attempting some humor.."Well, the bathroom floor is not THAT clean, so I guess not".
Man: even more serious... "no, not the bathroom, like you don't mean to have the baby in your cubicle or something like that, right?".
Gosh man..... you ruin it for me.... I always dreamed to have my baby on the carpet floor of my cubicle and now YOU'VE RUINED it...

so sorry Sophie, men they are just morons.
Some people, especially men now that he has proven it are so scared when they see a really pregnant woman b/c they are scared that if you go into labor they wont know what to do or cant handle it-
you should tease him later when you pass him and say oh no my water broke and see him run!!!!!

All the men at my office were afraid I'd give birth at work as well. They would even ask me to get off the carpet!

My male co-worker (whose wife is also pg) told me that drinking cold, cold water isn't good because the baby is sensitive to the cold
I told him that I'm pretty sure my 98.6 degree body will warm it up before it gets to the baby (nevermind the fact that it passes through the umbilical cord & don't just drench him!!!
That comment still has to be one of the silliest I've heard
