BUT, Annie gave me a great idea, we can always do a recipe swap.
Why do you *need* 20 people? I've been to cookie swaps with about 6 or 7 people. What we each did was bring 1/2 dozen cookies (6 is not a lot considering you will be making a batch). So yes, you only go home with a few kinds, but it still works out. Am I missing something?

Nope, you're not missing anything. I've been to two and they were both HUGE. So I've always thought you needed more people.
