Manager of new mom needs help!

I'm so clueless about this, so I thought I'd listen to the LIF experts first. (Disclaimer for those who know me in real life -- I'm not pg.)

How did you let your manager and co-workers know that you intend to pump while at work? I need to give some guidance to a new mom who reports to me but will work at a client's office most of the time.

When she came back to my office this week, she didn't bother to directly mention it to me or my manager. I'm happy that she's continuing to BF, but concerned that the client will need more direct communication about it.

I would just ask if they have a separate space/office that she can go to for a few short breaks each day and ask if that is going to be a problem - which it shouldn't.
