Definitely. There are McMansions going up all over the place in that area. I also know of 2 people who recently bought land there and had a house built not by a developer.

We have a few friends in the area. As a pp mentioned above, there are new construction developments going up all over the place there.

theyre a huge company that does new constructions everywhere (I know most of Jersey for sure)...
