Marburn Curtain Warehouse
Just wanted to let you ladies know about the problem I just had with Marburn Curtain Warehouse. I had returned merchandise that I had bought on May 6 to them on May 8. I had expected the money in my account within two to three days. When I called yesterday to ask where it was, I was told that they take UP TO TWO WEEKS to refund any monies. When I asked why it takes two days to take money out of my account and two weeks to refund the same money, I was given a number to call. Upon calling, all you get is voice mail and are told to leave a message. Well, I certainly did and left my phone number for them to call back. Big surprise, no one did. I called, again, today and told them that further action will be taken if I didn't have the money back in my account by the close of business today. I, then, called the store I returned the merchandise to and spoke to the manager. He told me he had just received a phone call saying that the money had been put back in my account yesterday (no indication of it yet). I don't know what antiquated system they have, but, they need to get with the program. In this day and age, there is no excuse for this and if this is, indeed, their policy, they need to post it in big, bold writing so everyone knows about it. Lesson learned: never buy anything at Marburn unless you use cash.

Sorry you had all this trouble. I'm really surprised because I sell to them and they are absolutely my favorite vendors. What did ya buy? Maybe it was my product
Just as a side-note. Their operation is very hands on and old school,just to give you some indication,all their orders are still hand written no matter how large.
