She isn't old at all! She is 29, and Mario is 34.
She just looks really bad in that pic. I find her pretty in an odd way (not in that pic though). She just had her nose fixed too (it was previously broken).http://www.starmagazine.com/news/13361

Yes she is younger , I think she is a cute girl, but she does look weird with her new nose, she looked much better with an old nose,broken or not. I don't know why but people who get nose jobs just look so weird and it is sooo obvious that they had it done.(no offense to anyone)

It is swollen right now. When the swelling subsides it will look just fine. It could take up to a year for swelling to go down. And I do think it is an improvement or will be when the swelling subsides.

Apparantly not, according to Wiki...
Karina Smirnoff (Smirnova) was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine to a Greek father and a Russian mother.[citation needed] When Smirnoff was five years old, she began taking ballet lessons. Two years later she went through gymnastics and aerobics, but neither of these activities appealed to her. At age seven, her parents introduced her to figure skating and she loved it; she skated for about four years, but she had to stop because she had a very weak throat. When Smirnoff started fifth or sixth grade, she had to choose between ballroom dancing, which her mother put her through, and piano, which her grandmother put her through; Smirnoff chose ballroom dancing. In 1992, Smirnoff moved to the United States at the age of fourteen when her parents desired to have the American dream;[3] she eventually became a U.S. citizen. Once in the U.S., Smirnoff took time off from studying dancing for school. She attended Christopher Columbus High School in New York and the Bronx High School of Science before going to Fordham University, during which time she picked up her interest in dancing again.
