Massage-Tip
This is a dumb question. I have never had a massage and DH got me one at our hotel in Hawaii. He paid $140, what would be the appropriate amount for a tip?

Thanks! We haven't gone yet, I guess that wasn't clear. We are leaving on Saturday, but he prescheduled the massage for me for Monday.
