Mine's not in pre school yet....but I still have a few suggestions!
My brothers & sisters all went to Presbyterian Community Church Nursery School on Pittsburgh Ave. by Lockhart. The place was awesome & I hear it still is!
My neighbor just yesterday told me her daughter is going to St. Davids Lutheran Church in Mass. Park and the price is great she says!!

I have heard great things about Massapequa Reformed (corner of Ocean Ave & Merrick Road).
We still have some time before we look more into preschools, but that one is definitely the top of my list...

DS will start next year and I think he's going to go to Our Lady of Lourdes. It's our church and it's on my way to work so it will make the drop off nice and easy for me. It's also very reasonable, I think. I haven't really looked into anywhere else to compare though but, it fits into our budget.

If it's for the child in your avatar, you should call ASAP. You are probably shut out already...it's one of those places that you call from the hospital when you are holding your newborn to get on the list. LOL Not kidding!

This is where myself, my sister and many of my cousins went (Presbyterian) . - My cousin who's daughter is 2.5 just started last week there .......His wife is a teacher and researched EVERY school w/in a 10 mile radius !! - I"m sure I'll send the bean there too, it's just a few blocks from my house -

We had my dd on the list for the reformed church, although I was not impressed with how difficult it was to reach the director there - dd got into the program, but I had by then changed my mind.
We with with Grace Day School - LOVE the preschool program there. the teachers are SO wonderful, caring, I don't have enough good things to say about them.

friends DD goes to Maplewood in Wantagh. Tons of Massapequa kids go to the school, and they offer mini bus service also.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Seaford has a great pre-school. (You don't have to be Lutheran to attend.)

DS goes to Toddler Time. They have a school and an extended day program. It is from 15 mos to 4 yrs.
