Massapequa Shores ?
Is it the name of a development? Or is it part of Mass. (like Mass. Park) that is near the water?
I saw an apt. listing today and it said Massapequa Shores, I'm not familiar, anyone know??

i drove through there a couple of times and saw lovely homes. one was for sale right on the water at only 1.7 million dollars ;)

yeah  it's a really nice area.
have you tried citi-data, long island's forum? plethora of info. do a search on massapequa - lots of personal opinions there.

I grew up there. Massapequa Shores is South of Merrick Road where seaford borderline is up til Ocean Ave.or Alhambra...Then after that is Biltmore Shores, Bar Harbor, Nassau Shores.
I loved it there! FM me is you have questions on the area :)

We are closing on our house in Massapequa Shores...TODAY!
Massapequa Shores is between Seaford Avenue and Alhambra, South of Merrick Road.
