also drink as much water as you can tolerate without throwing up..I know that sounds extreme but dehydration is very common in pregnancy especially when the weather is hot like this weekend and the #1 sign is HEADACHE!!

With DD#1 I was getting massive headaches that would last for a long time too. I would take Tylenol Rapid Release, drink a regular Coke and also make sure I was really hydrated with water. It works. Make sure you mention the headaches to your OB on your next visit. Feel better!
