I got one at TRU but it only had Christmas Lightning and Christmas Mater and some other kind of Christmas car.

That blog is from last year, maybe it's not available this year? I saw the singles in my store too near the stocking stuffers though.
DS just got the Mater Saves Christmas book for his bday and LOVES it!

My sister lives in Cali and said she saw the larger pack in the Target last week. She was going to go back today and see if she can find it
